First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Everwise Credit Union.
Mortgage Loan Processor
It was a good and simple interview with normal questions for a hybrid position. I met them in person. The people were nice and the dress code was business casual.
- Can you describe your previous job experiences?
Mortgage Processor
The interview process took about two rounds, with each round being roughly 10 minutes long and conducted entirely over the phone. It was a pretty friendly and nice experience. They mentioned that training sessions are scheduled about once a month, so if you happen to miss the current month's session, you'll have to wait until the next month to start.
- What difficulty did you overcome?
Internship
The interview was friendly, informative, and entertaining. I was welcomed with a smile and started off with easy warm up questions. As long as you are confident and polite, they will reciprocate. Do a little background research first, it will help.
- How do you see yourself fitting in with our company?
EFT/ACH Specialist
Got an email from a recruiter to schedule the first call. It was about an hour long and the recruiter said a few things that seemed like red flags. If they ask me to continue, I'll definitely say no. Red flag #1 was calling the role 'entry level' but then requiring 3 years of banking experience. I think they do this to pay people less. If you need experience, it's not entry level. Red flag #2 is related to the compensation question.
- What compensation are you looking for?
