Controller
Had a good interview with the CFO. It's a complex business, and they explained everything really well. The questions they asked were spot-on and relevant to the business. I learned a lot during the interview, and the CFO seemed very knowledgeable.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Executive Assistant
after applying i got an email for a phone interview. it was pretty easy and went smoothly. about a week later, they invited me for an in-person interview where i met with four managers of different levels.
- In what ways can you enhance an attorney's workflow?
- Describe your approach to managing disagreements with colleagues.
Operations Excellence Director
It started out good with HR doing a phone screen, then a longer video interview with situational/experience based questions that they gave us beforehand so we could prep. They seemed really focused on making it a good candidate experience, even talking about how they address feedback from Glassdoor reviews. But then, after they promised to schedule VP interviews, they just ghosted me. It was a really bad way to treat candidates after they've already gone through multiple interviews and prepped a bunch of questions. I'd tell people I know to stay away from this place.
- Can you share an instance where you introduced new technology or a policy change impacting operations, detailing your predictions and success metrics?
- What was the biggest hurdle you encountered in meeting a deadline or target, and how did you overcome it?
- Describe a situation where you and a colleague had a significant disagreement. How was it resolved, and what was the aftermath?
Clerk
I thought the interview process was very thorough. I first had a phone interview with HR. Next, I had an in-person interview with HR & the department manager. They had your typical questions, and I was also allowed to ask questions. It wasn't rushed and the interviewers didn't seem stressed, which gave off a good vibe of the company atmosphere. Make sure to follow up with a thank you letter for the interview & to complete an application online.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell me about yourself.
- Can you describe a time you had a conflict at work and how you resolved it?
