First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Everstand.
Program Manager
I had an initial phone screening with someone from the team. After that, they reached out to set up and do a virtual interview with a group of leaders.
- Can you tell me about how you supervise people?
Treatment Support Specialist
It was a pretty standard interview. They had me fill out paperwork and answer the same 3 scenario questions I did online beforehand. I spoke with one interviewer who asked about my experience and knowledge relevant to the job. The questions weren't particularly difficult. They discussed salary and benefits at the end, and when the next training would be scheduled. I got a job offer pretty quickly after the interview.
- Are you comfortable with physical restraints?
Child Care Worker
The interview process was pretty straightforward, though I had to follow up a few times to get it scheduled. It mainly consisted of basic life questions and inquiries about what I could bring to the company. They also asked about my previous experience in childcare. It's a standard interview, but be aware that your employment is conditional on passing a test during your second week of training, which might not be mentioned upfront.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Clinical Director
After sending in my resume and cover letter, I was promptly contacted about a social work position and invited for an interview. I had a one-on-one meeting with the director. During the interview, the director shared helpful details about the agency, the expected workload, benefits, and the responsibilities of the role.
- Tell me about your experience working with adolescents.
- What do you consider your strengths to be?
- What are your weaknesses?
