First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EverStaff.
Contractor
Pretty standard interview, very easy, maybe too easy just to fill spots. They asked about my background and current job. Nothing too exciting, just the usual stuff. A lot of info was given out quickly.
- Would you enjoy working from home, given the job is hybrid and that's an option after training?
Administrative Customer Service
My interviewer made me feel super comfortable and welcome. She was really happy to answer anything I asked and help out. She was very professional but also really easy to talk to and down to earth.
- What's your self-assessed proficiency level with Word, Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and PowerPoint?
Project Coordinator
It was all done over the phone. I never actually went into the office. It wasn't a very involved process. I was given the contact number for the company that was hiring, as it was a personal favor to the owner.

Customer Service Representative
Everstaff called me and gave me a quick rundown of the place I'd be working. Then, within a day, they called me back to set up an interview. After the interview, I got a job offer that same afternoon. Two days later, I was sent paperwork for a background check and drug test.
- Tell me about how you would handle real-life work scenarios.
