The interview process was a bit mixed. I didn't actually get the recruiter's initial call, and I didn't get a voicemail either, so I probably wouldn't have heard back if I hadn't followed up myself after she said she tried calling. After that initial hiccup though, the rest of the process moved pretty fast. I enjoyed talking with the team, they asked good questions and were really respectful of my interests and any questions I had about the role. The offer came with some incomplete benefits information and incorrect details about the 401k, but the team was otherwise super responsive and flexible, happily answering all my questions.

I applied online and the recruiter got back to me in 1 day to set up a phone screen. The recruiter actually missed the call and emailed me the next day saying she was out of office. The call was super quick and mostly just to go over the job duties and see if I was still interested. The following week, I had a virtual interview with the VP, which was supposed to be an hour long, but I was sent the wrong link to join. It took 20 minutes to get it sorted, which was pretty annoying. The VP seemed really checked out during our chat. Because of this and the lack of planning for the interview, I'm not really interested anymore, which is a bummer since I think the company's product is really cool.

The first interview was with a recruiter for about 30 minutes to an hour. After that, I met with a leader on the team for another 30 minutes. The last step was a half-day interview with four team members, which could be split up if needed. They were clear about the process from the start and kept me updated. It all took less than two weeks.
