The interview process had 4 parts. First was a phone screen with a recruiter. Second was with an SDR manager, focusing on behavioral questions about feedback, goal setting, and overcoming obstacles. Third was with two other SDR managers, and it was more company focused, with specific questions about what their product does and the value it provides to the market. I didn't make it to the final fourth round, which was a bummer because they seem like a great company. Everyone was really polite and the conversations felt genuine.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a pretty thorough interview process with 4 rounds. You start with a recruiter, then talk to an SDR lead, and if you get through those, there are a couple more interviews with middle/upper management that would take up most of the day. I respect that they vet candidates carefully, even though I don't totally agree with how they do it. I didn't get an offer, which seems to be common based on other reviews, but that's okay. My only complaint is that I asked for feedback after the interviews, but I never got any, which was disappointing since the job is all about feedback. The interviews seemed to go really well, I just wish I knew what they were looking for. The people interviewing were great, and the company and product seem awesome.

The interview process was poorly organized and took three weeks for a decision. The team seemed to be run by inexperienced individuals. It involved two initial interviews with Hannah and Corey, who were great. After that, I met with several people who seemed incompetent and lacked basic communication skills. It felt like a cult, and I suspect management was more interested in talking than helping. The sales team itself was largely composed of young, unqualified people who couldn't articulate their thoughts. It's surprising they are a profitable company.
