I sent in my application online. A recruiter reached out and scheduled an online interview with the hiring manager. We had a good talk afterwards, but then they stopped responding. I sent a few follow-up emails over several weeks, but never heard back.

The interview process was very efficient and was more conversational than anything. We both got to know each other well and simple sales questions were asked to make sure I was a strong candidate.

So I started with a phone screen which I think went great. Then the hiring manager gave me a take home assignment that I had 48 hours to complete. After that, I talked to the CTO, but he seemed totally checked out and even left the meeting halfway through, which was pretty rude. The next day, I got an email saying I didn't have enough experience. I asked why, since they reviewed my resume and gave me the take home, but didn't hear back. Total waste of my time.

The interview was pretty chill and straightforward. It started with a call, then I had a take-home assignment, followed by another video call. It was super simple, and the questions were actually fun. You can find the take-home assignment questions on their website.
