The interview process included 2 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews. I was told that I would receive a phone call the next day regarding their decision. I sent a follow-up email with no response and about a week later I sent another follow-up email with no response. However, the lack of follow-up and communication needs to be improved within the Talent Acquisition Dept. You cannot improve processes and retain key employees if you lack the basic ability to provide a courtesy call or email to a management level candidate that has interviewed 4 times with your company.

The interview process was really smooth and super efficient. Everything was organized and flowed well from the start to the end. They communicated clearly and quickly, making sure I knew everything I needed to and what they expected. The interviewers were professional and nice, making it easy to talk and understand each other. Overall, it was a good experience, and they seemed to really value professionalism and candidates' time.

The hiring process was really smooth and everything was organized well. The HR team was super helpful and supportive all the way through onboarding to my first day. They answered questions quickly, gave clear instructions, and made starting the role way easier. Basically, it was a really good and welcoming experience.
