Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was okay. The interview was done through Zoom. I didn't like that they asked for personal information while other applicants were listening. They could’ve put us in a private room since Zoom has that feature. It feels like the recruitment team might need more training about privacy data. But to be fair, they were responsive, calm, and attentive to applicants. They were also very considerate, so that’s definitely a plus. Overall, I’d rate the application process a 7/10. I also wish they mentioned right away that they don't have any available WFH setup positions for their applicants so they can filter the one's applying for remote position. It’s disappointing to find out after taking multiple assessments that the role is actually onsite.
- Would you be open to working onsite?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was super easy and helpful. The interviewer was really nice and friendly. She explained everything and told me what to expect next, which was the job offer. She also said to keep an eye on my email.
- Can you tell me about your previous jobs?
Customer Service Representative
We start with an initial application where you just submit your resume. Then we do a phone screening to check if you have the basic qualifications and see how you communicate. After that, there might be an assessment or simulation to check your customer service and call handling skills. Then, a virtual interview where we'll chat about your experience, skills, and if you're a good fit. Finally, you'll have a meeting with the hiring manager or team lead.
- What's your favorite color, and could you explain why?
