Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at everis.
IT Consultant
It was a 3-interview process. First, I spoke with an HR person, then a manager, and finally, I had my last interview presenting my proposal. They were really open about everything and gave me feedback throughout. Basically, we discussed my professional and academic background, my goals, and my soft skills.
- Could you tell me about your academic and professional background?
- What are your career ambitions?
- Can you describe your soft skills?
IT Consultant
The process was quick and easy. I received an email about the job application, then we scheduled a call to chat about my interests. They set up two Skype interviews since I was overseas. The project director let me know I got the job during the second interview. The tough part was needing to move from PR to VA in under three weeks.
- What are your expectations for your future job?
- In 5 years, where do you see yourself?
IT Consultant
- Can you describe yourself by comparing yourself to a famous artist?
