The recruiter from the company itself reached out to me on LinkedIn about the job. I replied with my contacts the same day, and then spoke with the recruiter about the job and my experience. At the end of that, we scheduled a Microsoft Teams meeting with the hiring manager for two days later. That meeting was more technical, to understand my past experience and availability. It was actually pretty relaxed compared to other interviews I've had. At the end, I got a positive response, which turned into an offer the next day when the recruiter called me with the offer and proceeded with the hiring. The whole process was remote and online, no in-person contact, and super fast. If you've worked in consulting before, the interview was really similar to the quick internal interviews consulting firms do for project reassignments.

Group interviews for interns, but if you have experience, you'll have a technical interview straight away. Anyway, there's an HR interview afterwards. Being honest about your goals helps find the right match between what you're looking for and what they offer.

First there was a logic test as the initial interview. Then, I had an interview with the project lead about skills, work methods, problem-solving, and past projects. They also asked about what profile I was aiming for and if I was interested in the area based on that.
