I had a panel interview with several managers that lasted about an hour. It was just one round. The interview itself was interesting, and the interviewers were nice. The conference room had nice aesthetics. I got a call back a few weeks later with a job offer.

Behavioral Group

So the interview process at Evergreen Shipping Agency usually has two parts. First, there's a phone interview where you chat with a recruiter or hiring manager about your background and experience. If they like you, you move to the second part, which is in person. There, you'll meet with a group of like six people who'll check if you're a good fit from different angles.

Presentation Behavioral Other

We started the interview with a presentation, followed by a presentation of the job. The tasks to be performed and the people with whom the position will be established. Then a question in English was asked. Answer in English, discussion about the company, its values and what sector it works in. Then the end of the interview with the announcement of the response time.

Behavioral

So basically there were 2 interviews, one each week. The first one had 2 people interviewing me. The second interview was with 3 people from upper management. The questions they asked were pretty easy, not really hard or anything. It was different from other places I've interviewed because they didn't do any tests with numbers or ask about personality.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me where you are located?
  • What kind of work experience do you have?
  • Have you previously worked in a role that involved customer service?
