So they hit you up first by the recruiter, then you schedule to meet the hiring manager. After that went well, they set you up for a panel interview which was also good. THEN you have to meet with a physican for like 10 mins, and they ask for references before giving you an offer letter. It's kinda excessive for the pay they're offering.

The recruiter initially contacted me about the role, but then informed me the position had been filled. Two days later, I was contacted again because the role had fallen through. I then had an interview with the Hiring Manager. Initially, I was told I would be leading the team and development, but at the end of the interview, it was revealed they have a vendor. There was a lot of inconsistency and a lack of transparency in their answers. When I inquired about the leadership team because the website link was not working, the hiring manager told me to contact HR or the recruiter. They were not willing to share anything about the company. Be cautious before working for this department. As of today, the position is still not filled according to online listings.
