It was a friendly and positive interview experience. Make sure you know a little about the company. You'll first chat with the sales manager, then meet some of the team members at the office. They're interested in how you manage your workdays, your time blocking, making sales calls, and following through. Also, they'll ask about how you handle challenges when they pop up.

I was referred to Evergreen by a Title Company sales rep. They encouraged me to meet with the manager and discuss Evergreen's processes. I met with the Manager and he asked me about my previous experience and loan volume at my previous position. We talked about the loan process and the timing if I was to move to Evergreen. It was my decision; there was a position available to me if I wanted to have it. I chose to come with Evergreen because of their processes and the people that worked here. The manager expressed his expectations and I started 1 month later.

It was a super casual meeting over coffee. I felt really welcome, not intimidated at all. We chatted about me, the company in general, and then specifically about the Kennewick office. He asked about my skills, if I pick things up fast, and if I'm good with people. We had a good laugh and clicked right away!

The interview was awful. The interviewer ended it early because she had another appointment, making me feel unimportant. She seemed uninterested in me and mostly talked about herself. It didn't give me a good impression of the company, and I think I dodged a bullet.
