Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Everforth Quinnox.
Test Analyst
I joined Quinnox as a Fresher, the interview was quite easy but it was a long process. The first round was aptitude which was average, followed by a group discussion, then a technical round, an HR round, and finally a telephonic technical round.
- Were you asked technical questions related to your academic studies in C, C++, JAVA, and SQL?
Test Analyst
There were 2 rounds in the interview process. First, there was a telephonic technical round. Then, there was a management round. The interview was easy. They asked about the basics of testing and the banking domain. They needed someone urgently and gave me an offer immediately. They were also able to convince me about the salary.
- Could you tell me about the basics of testing?
- What do you know about the banking domain?
Programme Analyst
First, they give a phone call, which is the Telephonic Round. Then there's a F2F Interview. Be prepared to cope with the technical round. The questions are mostly generic, not based on project requirements. For the F2F, go in wearing formal attire. The HR round is simple; they asked about your reason for change, job expectations, and salary expectations, etc.
- What is your reason for change?
- What are your job expectations?
- What are your salary expectations?
