Case Presentation Behavioral

It was a pretty standard interview process, 4 rounds total, with a case study at the very end. Since I applied through an external recruiter, all communication was handled by them. The final stage was an in-person presentation of the case study to the senior leadership team, including the CEO and COO.

Case Behavioral Technical

Got lots of positive feedback during the interview stages, but after completing a case study and several interviews, I was ghosted. One of the final interviews revealed some really disturbing things about the company culture. There was this one leader who seemed really out of it, asked questions rudely, and I learned that the operations team struggles with basic tasks even though they have plenty of people. It made sense why no one I met seemed particularly talented. They also used the 'we're a family' line, which is usually a bad sign. I'd avoid this place unless you have a friend working there.

Behavioral Other

I had a total of three interviews. One was a phone call before the day of the other two. The second interview was on Zoom the same day as the third, and it took place in the office. It felt unprofessional and rushed, not much of a conversation. The worst part was being ghosted after providing references. A decent company would at least send an email, but I put in all this effort for nothing. I heard the same thing happened to someone else I know, which reflects poorly on the company.

The hiring process was super fast, easy, and totally clear. I really liked my recruiter and the interview with Maria too. I had one interview with HR, and then the very next day, I had two back-to-back interviews, each lasting 30 minutes, with the Clinic Manager and the regional manager. I got an offer pretty quickly, within about 4 days. Their communication was spot on!
