The interview process was fairly straightforward. I was highly qualified, however, the interviewer's questions seemed very skeptical and critical of my background. The interviewer came across as dishonest and inauthentic, unlike other HR/recruiters I've encountered. Despite repeated assurances that I would advance to the next stage, I experienced a month of being ghosted. Eventually, I received an automated email stating that they had selected another candidate.

Ever.Ag's HR process is amazing, unlike other companies that use automated emails and ghost candidates. The recruiter was really communicative, sending personalized emails and reaching out proactively if there were any delays. Even though I didn't get the job, I received a personal phone call offering valuable feedback and I made a good connection for the future. I really admire how Ever.Ag handles their HR.

The hiring process was fast and they were super responsive. It kicked off with a 30-minute phone chat with Ashlee, a Talent Acquisition Partner. She sent over some company info, and the next day we set up an interview with the Director, which lasted about 45 minutes. Ashlee then got in touch to say it might take a few days to hear about the next steps. A couple of days later, I got an email to schedule an interview with two other Customer Success Managers. This interview was also around 45 minutes. Following that, I was asked to prepare and submit a SWOT analysis of myself for the role. About a week later, Ashlee called to let me know they decided to go with another candidate who had more experience in the Dairy industry.

I found the job online and heard back really fast for a phone call. The recruiter was super nice and it was a pretty relaxed chat. He mentioned his HR book, which was funny, and I did check it out! I felt like I was a good fit, but maybe I was asking for too much money for them. It wasn't a big deal, but I thought I connected with the recruiter and he said he'd follow up, even offering to let me text him, but then he just disappeared. I'm not upset, but I've worked in HR and keeping candidates updated is a really basic part of the job. It was okay overall, just didn't have the best follow-through.
