I got an email with a proposed interview time. The first proposed time didn't work with my schedule and Events.com was very willing to work out a time that would fit for both of us. I then came into the office for an interview and was welcomed very warmly before my interview started.

The interview process started with a phone interview to screen candidates. After the call, they mentioned they would provide feedback within a week. I scheduled the in-person interview, after which I toured the office and met the team. They stated they would be in touch by the end of the week.

The interview process was super chill, more like chatting and getting to know the team. I felt really at ease and actually enjoyed learning about the company instead of just a Q&A. It took a bit to get a response after the interview, but I get that hiring can take a while.
