I applied on a Tuesday and was contacted the next day for an interview that same day via Zoom. The interviewer seemed very relaxed. After that call, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview the next day and prepare a calendar of events. They didn't provide many details, so I had to ask several questions about their expectations. I was told 'not to overthink it.' I put effort into creating a detailed event calendar for my city. The in-person interview was okay, the same relaxed interviewer was present. They even got up for water mid-conversation, which was strange. I felt I was a great fit for the job. They seemed surprised I would give my current employer 2-4 weeks notice, but suggested starting part-time to transition. This made me hesitant, but then I was ghosted afterward, with no communication about their decision. It felt very unprofessional.

I had a Zoom interview, which is always tough because it feels so disconnected. I thought it went okay and they said I'd hear back that same day, but then I was ghosted. After reading some Glassdoor reviews, I figured the company wasn't really a good fit for me anyway, so I wasn't too bothered. Plus, I'm not single, and I suspect that might have been an unspoken issue. I'm also not keen on working early evenings and all day on Saturdays. It felt a lot like a call center job, and it seemed like the role would involve a lot of pressuring and almost tricking people into joining.

I saw the ad on Craigslist and they interviewed me the very next day. They actually hired me on the spot! The questions were pretty standard, but honestly, you should still prepare so you know what you're talking about. I talked with the Regional Director and the Sales Manager.

I applied online and had a short phone call, then I was invited in for an office interview with a manager. That went well, so I had a second interview with the owner.
