Manager
The interview process was quite long and uncoordinated. I wasn't kept updated on the process and had to chase for feedback. The TA team was unresponsive and unprofessional, showing no sense of urgency. They seemed unsure if they even wanted to hire, leaving me hanging with no responses to emails or messages. They would schedule an interview round, then disappear for a long time before resurfacing for another round, and then vanish again.
- Can you describe your overall experience?
- Can you discuss your experience related to this job?
Office Manager
First, there was a 30 min phone call. Then, I had a bunch of google hangouts, like 4+, with different staff members for 30 mins each, one-on-one. After that, I did an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the local GM. The last step before they made an offer was a chill meet and greet with the team.
- Tell me about your experience and how it relates to this role.
- What are some behavioral questions you might ask?
- What are some social or cultural questions you might ask?
Senior Manager
The interview process involved 30-minute interviews and also some homework assignments. You'll be interviewing with key team members. The interviews will focus heavily on behavioral questions. The homework assignment is a skills test to gauge your technical understanding.
- Can you tell me about a difficult situation you faced and how you handled it?
