Project Manager
It was a chill chat about my past work and the industry. We just hung out and talked for about an hour in the manager's office. Super laid back.
- Tell me about the types of projects you have managed in the past.
Administrative
The interview process was straightforward and the people were friendly. Having experience with furniture or design is a plus. HR was nice, and so was everyone else at the company. The first interview was with HR, and the second was with the team manager and project manager.

- Is your furniture or design background a plus?
Project Manager
Got a call from a recruiter to start the process. Everyone was nice and we had good chats. Had 2 interviews, met about 5 people. Met the company president solo for over an hour, she said I was a good fit and they'd be in touch. I thought I'd get an offer, but instead got a 3rd interview with a team leader. Took it, but the person didn't show up and the office was closed when I got there. Told the recruiter, who tried to say I was lying, but thankfully believed me in the end. They knew it was messed up and asked to set up a 4th interview with HR, probably for an offer. By then, I wasn't interested anymore and took another job offer. Too bad, 'cause everyone else was great, but my direct supervisor would've been the one who lied about me, and that's just not professional. Ended up wasting 3 months with a really indecisive company that went nowhere.
- Can you tell me about your professional background?
- What makes you interested in working for this company?
