The interview process started with an English Test, which was a 30-minute test with 4 questions. The questions covered unseen passages (MCQ), article writing, sentence correction, and rewriting a paragraph. This was followed by a 60-minute Written Test, which was MCQ-based and related to the chosen subject, Maths. The Maths test had 4 sections: calculus, algebra, differential equations, and sets. All 10 calculus questions were compulsory, and candidates had to attempt 2 out of 5 questions from each of the other three sections.
- Can you explain what Simple and Directed Graphs are?
- What is a linear differential equation?
- Could you define injective, surjective, and bijective mappings?

I applied for an internship in Content Development Statistics. After a written test and an interview, which I thought went well and I answered all questions, the HR told me I wasn't selected. They claimed they needed someone with advanced statistics knowledge, but the test and interview questions were basic. Turns out, there weren't actually any openings for Statistics, and they wanted me to apply for Mathematics instead, a subject I'm not as confident in. This whole situation points to poor internal communication. I studied and performed well in all stages, but it felt pointless. Not professional at all. As an actuarial student, I did well on the test, but they rejected me for needing advanced skills, which an actuarial student would typically have. Their reason was weak and unsatisfying. This company seems disorganized and mismanaged, making it hard to know what to expect. I had a really bad experience.
- Could you explain what a type 1 error is?

When you get there, they'll have you hand in your resume and give you an English test and a subject test. Then you go to a waiting area to take the tests and hand them back in. After about an hour, once everyone else has been screened, you'll go to the interview.
- Were subject based questions asked?
