First, there was a phone call to make sure I knew what the job was about and was still interested. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with two people. It was pretty chill, and they didn't give me any computer tests. They took notes on my answers to send to their main office.
- What steps would you take if you found out a coworker was breaking company policy?
- Could you share an instance where you worked well with other team members?

I applied on indeed and got an email two days later asking for an interview. I passed and moved on to an interview with the test center manager. The first interview was off-camera.
- Describe a difficult situation you faced at work and how you resolved it.
- How do you manage disagreements with a colleague?
- What would you do if you witnessed a coworker engaging in misconduct?

- Questions mostly centered on conflict resolution.
- They asked about my ability to handle flexible work hours due to inconsistent schedules.
- My customer service skills were a key topic.
