Customer Service Representative
We start with an online application and screening. Then, there's an assessment day with group activities, language/aptitude tests, and elimination rounds. If you pass that, you'll have a one-on-one or panel interview. After that, we do medical and background checks. Finally, if all goes well, you'll get a job offer and start training.

Individual interview in Milan, 4 questions: Tell me about yourself, why you want to work for this company, can you handle complicated situations and how would you handle them (give examples), salary.

Reservation Agent
HR calls to check if the benefits and salary are acceptable. If you agree, they'll schedule an in-person interview. Upon arrival, you'll fill out an application before meeting with the management team for a panel interview. Three people will interview you. They'll ask about your experience and why you're interested in working for EVA Air. The interview usually lasts about 20-30 minutes, and they'll let you know within 7 days. I didn't hear back, so I assume I wasn't hired.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
Cabin Crew
First we check if you are above 1,6m tall. Then, you'll read a public announcement in English to check your pronunciation. After that, there's an English test with easy grammar and vocab, and a math test. The final interview is with 5 candidates at the same time, where each person answers one question from the council. If you pass the interview rounds, there's a health check a couple days later.
