The process was ok. First 3 interviews were conducted over the phone with HR, the Sales Manager, and the President. Questions focused on my past experience, future aspirations, and how I manage situations. I was informed that a subsequent in-person interview at the company's headquarters would follow. After a three-week wait, I reached out to the company, only to be told the position had been filled. It felt like there was no consideration for me as a candidate, despite successfully completing interviews with HR and the Sales Manager.

It was a two interview process. Salary was discussed in both. When I mentioned my desired salary, which was only 3K more than I was making at a much smaller company for the same job, they hesitated and said they couldn't pay that much. I later discovered the job was paying about 10K LESS than a smaller company had paid me. Also, during Covid, they stated there would be no remote work option in the near future.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process with just two parts. The first part was a phone interview with an HR rep. The second part was with the sales manager and her assistant where they mostly asked behavioral questions about how I would handle different situations. The interviewers were very polite and professional.

Submitted my resume online and was quickly contacted by HR for a phone interview. It went well and I learned a lot about the company. Then an in-person interview was scheduled where I met with HR and my potential manager. The vibe was welcoming and friendly.
