Customer Service Representative
They started by asking me to introduce myself and talk about my current job experience. After that, we went into some questions about customer experience, my soft and hard skills, and also about what languages I know.
- Can you explain how you handle a frustrated customer?

Marketing
I had 6 interviews, they were very repetitive and some of them were absolutely useless with generally unprepared people. It was a very long and poorly planned hiring process. The last one was in person, and when I arrived at the office, the atmosphere wasn't very good; they were arguing in a room across from me. An external HR consultancy contacted me, but they never gave me formal feedback on the outcome of the process.
- Could you work in a company as big as Europcar if you come from a smaller company (more than 1.5k employees)?
Station Manager
Applied and after about a week, I got an invite for a video interview. It used an app with pre-recorded questions. There were about five questions, with 30 seconds to think and 90 seconds to answer. No re-takes allowed. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview with a recruitment manager and a senior manager. It felt like a conversation about my CV, competencies, and experience, avoiding the typical 'Tell me about a time' questions. I felt relaxed and could show my personality. It was a friendly experience. They said the next step was another interview on-site to see the operation and do a SWOT analysis. My experience was positive up to this point. However, then I waited for four weeks without any updates. In my opinion, if an employer invites you for an interview, they should at least have the courtesy to keep you informed about your status. I eventually emailed them and found out they had chosen another candidate. While the email was polite, I would have preferred constructive feedback and not to have to chase for it. This made the overall experience negative for me, even though I still think it's a good company to work for. It just seems to be how recruitment works nowadays.
- Could you tell me about your proudest career achievement?
