So, I'm from Computer Engineering and I'm gonna share my on-campus interview experience with Euronet for the Junior Software Developer role. First up was an Online Test on HirePro. It had an Aptitude Test (Quant, Logic, Verbal), Coding MCQs (basic coding stuff), and Technical MCQs (covering things like DBMS, OOP, DSA). It was moderately tough, so brushing up on aptitude and core tech concepts is key. Then came the Technical Interview. They started by asking me to introduce myself, talk about my background, skills, and my big iOS App project using Swift and SwiftUI. After that, they hit me with some DBMS questions, asking me to write SQL queries directly on screen, covering basic to intermediate ones like JOINs and nested queries. OOP concepts were next – what OOP is, its four pillars, and writing small code snippets to show inheritance and polymorphism. They also asked about pointers, how they work with memory, pointer arithmetic, and some C/C++ questions related to them. For DSA, I got two coding questions: one pattern printing and one medium-level array problem. They also wanted to know the time complexities of different sorting algorithms. Since I'm into iOS dev, they didn't grill me on Swift/SwiftUI but focused on my project: the problem, how I built it, the hurdles, and future improvements. Finally, they asked what they expect from freshers, and I asked them the same question back, which they liked and elaborated on: good coding and core subject fundamentals, eagerness to learn, problem-solving skills, and good communication. The results came out way later, in May 2025, after the interview in Jan 2025, so be ready for a long wait. They picked 4 students from my batch (3 CS, 1 IT), and I was thrilled to be selected!

I applied on Naukri and got a call from HR. They asked me about my qualifications and if I'd relocate. Once I confirmed, they sent an email for an in-house assessment test.

Behavioral Technical Other

This company's interview process was a mess. It was confusing and frustrating. I tried to get clarity on things and share my expectations, but they mostly ignored me. This made me wonder if they even respect candidates. They talk a lot about valuing candidates, but it felt like empty words. The hiring process was also really slow, and I waited ages for updates. To top it off, they never got back to me when I followed up about the job offer. It felt unprofessional and like I wasn't valued. Based on this, I can't recommend them. They really need to get organized and show more respect for people.
