First, I signed up on the Gupy platform, then my resume was analyzed. The third stage involved decorating a product in 20 minutes and presenting it to everyone. In the fourth stage, I had to study 3 more products and present them individually the following day. The fifth stage included a 20-minute math test, a 20-minute logical reasoning test, a 20-minute essay, writing as many words as possible starting with the letter 'P' in 5 minutes, and creating a product name and its propaganda.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process started with a CV analysis on the Gupy platform. Then, there was an online interview with the hiring manager, often accompanied by other managers, where we discussed personal and professional life. Next, an in-person interview with 3 managers took place, focusing on professional experiences, personal life, and culminated in a presentation where I had to pitch the brand and convince them to prescribe it. The final stage was another in-person interview, which included a 10-question math test. After the test, I interviewed with the hiring manager and the regional manager. It was a relaxed conversation, but they focused on personal life and my readiness for the job's challenges. They emphasized Eurofarma's benefits and challenges, repeatedly stressing the high expectations for results and deliveries.
