Intern
I applied online using Gupy.io, and it took about a month for the interview. Since it was during the pandemic, the interview was done via video call. First, HR checks your details over the phone, and then they schedule the interview with the hiring manager. The interview had the HR person, the hiring manager, and just me. It was friendly and relaxed, but they asked a lot of personal questions. It was disappointing to get to the end and not receive feedback on why I wasn't selected.
- Let's chat about your resume.
- Can you tell me about your personal details?
- What's your background?
Intern
It was a quick and straightforward process. I found out I passed one part of the process one day and the online interview was the next day. I thought it was great that it was online since I couldn't have traveled from MG to SP in just one day.
- Could you tell us where you are from, what semester you are in, and to introduce yourself?
- Could you tell us where you are from?
- What semester are you in?
Intern
I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. We talked about production. The interview was calm and conversational, aiming to understand my experiences and get to know me better as a person.
- Why are you interested in the industry?
- Why production?
- What are your soft skills?
