Manager
This was a 2-step interview process. First round was with the hiring manager, followed by a second round with two senior managers. The decision-making was very fast. It felt more like a casual chat to get to know me. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We have a professional and organized interview process to make sure we evaluate you fairly and thoroughly. Our working environment is also pleasant and comfortable, which is a great setting for your career development.
- What are your expectations regarding your professional growth?
Teacher
The interview process was pretty standard and efficient. First, there was an HR screening to talk about salary expectations, the job scope, and some common questions. Then, an online interview with the company heads followed. Finally, there was a micro-teaching session using provided materials. The micro-teaching part is what you'd need to prepare the most for.

Mandarin Teacher
A vice principal and a Chinese supervisor were there for the interview. It was a pretty comfortable and pleasant interview. The vice president asked most of the questions. The whole thing took about half an hour.
