Director
The process can be lengthy, so be ready to submit a lot of documentation, as regulations in Abu Dhabi have changed. You'll need copies of former employment certificates and original and original degree certificates, as well as degree mark sheets. For overseas candidates, the entire process can take 3 to 6 months, so be patient. A background check may also be conducted. A note for women: Etisalat's treatment of women differs from men, especially if you're the head of the family. For instance, if you have children from a second marriage who are not biologically yours, Etisalat won't provide them with benefits like school allowances or annual leave tickets. You should be aware of this before signing a contract.
