Chat Support
I applied and heard back from the recruiter super fast, like within a day, for a quick chat. They asked me some basic stuff like my address, age, degree, and military status, and if I was cool with moving. They also checked my English speaking skills. Turns out, my speaking wasn't up to par, so I didn't get the job.

If you apply to Etisalat and they like your application, they will invite you for an interview. They use different tools to find people with the skills they need. Usually, the interview has four parts: a testing and screening interview, a technical interview focusing on the job's technical parts, a final selection interview focused on behavioral skills and how you do your job, and assessment centers for supervisor and manager jobs.

Customer Service Agent
I had a phone interview, then a group interview. After that there was an English and IQ test, followed by a knowledge test. The final round was a 1:1 interview.
