Customer Service Representative
This was an email interview, and it was really detailed and thorough. The person interviewing me was nice and professional. The pay sounds really good too. I'm excited about the possibility of working there and am waiting to hear back.

- Can you work flexible or extended hours?
People Analyst
The recruiter was pleasant. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager and her team. The hiring manager was a bit late and seemed unsure about the interview process. After a brief period of screen clicking, she asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and teamwork abilities. Her team then asked some questions before the interview concluded, significantly shorter than the scheduled 45 minutes. My application highlighted my support experience with some configuration background, aligning with the job description. It appears they were looking for more configuration experience, which the job description didn't clearly state.
- How effective are you when working as part of a team?
Veterinary Technician
You apply through the talent discovery department, which reviews resumes and applications. This process can be quite slow. Afterwards, your resume is sent to the direct supervisor of the department you're applying to. They then review your resume and tell the talent team if they are interested. The talent team will then contact you to schedule a phone interview. If you successfully pass the phone interview, you'll have a shadow day where they assess your skills and have you shadow each department. Finally, you'll speak with the supervisor and hospital director.
- Your skills determine your pay and tier level.
HR Manager
The interview process was straightforward with the recruiter, and it involved multiple rounds of interviews. Scheduling interviews was easy, and they kept me informed about the next steps. Even though they decided not to move forward with my application, the team was very friendly and personable.
- Could you discuss your recent experiences that align with the requirements of this role?
