First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ethos Risk Services.
UI/UX Developer
So, the whole thing had four parts. First up, I chatted with the HR manager. Then, I had a talk with the Engineering Director. Both those chats were mostly about my background, what I can do, and what I've done before. The last two talks were with the Engineering Manager. With them, I had to answer some general tech and design questions, show them some of my past projects, and also go through my portfolio. It was a pretty solid process, checking out both my personal and work stuff.
- Can you present two of your design projects and discuss the project, your process, and your design thinking?
- Could you tell us about your background, your skills, and your past work experience?
- Were you asked any general technical and design questions?
Fraud Investigator
I had a great interview experience overall! The recruiter was really informative, friendly, and upfront. They were accommodating and made me feel informed and welcome throughout the process. Shout out to Ethos!
- What is your experience in this field?
Private Investigator
I had a telephone interview with HR. It was friendly and personable. It was convenient and met my expectations for a phone interview. I feel confident that my experience is not unique and that Ethos Risk Services treats everyone with respect and professionalism.
- Can you tell me about your credentials?
- What experience do you have?
Operations Manager
The interview experience began with a receptionist greeting and a short wait in the lobby before the panel was ready. The VP of Operations then escorted me to a conference room where I met with three employees. The interview, which lasted about 45 minutes, focused on questions designed to understand my thought process and problem-solving approach in real-life scenarios, rather than just seeking right or wrong answers. It felt welcoming and engaging from start to finish. I received a call within a week with a job offer for the Assistant Operations Manager position.
