Behavioral Presentation

First, I had a phone screening with the hiring manager. Then, I went in person for an interview with the manager. The last interview was a Zoom meeting with the VP of Sales. It was a pretty standard interview process where they reviewed my resume and asked me to explain how my previous experience would be a good fit for this role.

Behavioral Presentation

Recruiter reached out about my resume and sent it to the hiring manager. I then had a face-to-face interview with the Regional Sales Manager, which went well. She had a printed copy of my resume and was open to my questions about her background. The RSM mentioned that the top two candidates would move on to the next step, which was a face-to-face with the RSM and one of the owners. The following week, the recruiter emailed to say I performed well but didn't make it to the final round.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted by the hiring manager and had a phone interview, then a face-to-face meeting a couple weeks later. I sent emails to follow up on the status. I was first told a decision hadn't been made yet. I sent another email but got no response. I was never given a defined timeline or possible start date if hired. It's been almost 60 days with no word either way. Unprofessional and juvenile behavior.

Super fast process! I was first screened by talent acquisition, then I met with the hiring manager and the VP. It seems like management is really invested in hiring people who will help the company grow and do great. I got the offer in less than a week from applying.
