The actual interview starts with intros, then the main part where they ask about your experience, skills, and how you handle things, like why you want the job, your strengths, and dealing with tough situations. You get to ask them questions too. They'll wrap up by telling you what happens next and when to expect a decision. For some jobs, you might have more interviews, like with a group or a deeper one-on-one. They'll also check your references and do a background check. Finally, they decide who gets the offer.
