I talked to the recruiter first, then had a good chat with their main HR manager. It was slow after that, and I felt like they weren't sure who they wanted or if they were even ready to hire. I never got a response in the end.

The team is great, and the interview process was very thorough. The team members were patient and knowledgeable. They are willing to give an opportunity to anyone who gets along with the team and shows signs of willingness to excel. More importantly, they look for signs that a candidate will fit into the 'family'.

The whole interview thing took about 2 weeks. I found the job on Indeed and it had been posted for a while. After about two days, a recruiter emailed me to set up a phone screen. The call was super short, like 5 minutes, and they asked me basic stuff like introducing myself, salary needs, and availability. Two days later, I got an email to schedule an in-person interview with two hiring managers. We met at their office, and they asked those same questions plus some others specific to the job. Someone else walked in during the interview because of an emergency but ended up staying and meeting me. I really liked the vibe with all three of them and they offered me the job right then and there, asking if I could start the next day and saying they'd email the paperwork that night. I never got the email, so I followed up with the recruiter. She said before they sent anything, I needed to meet with another executive. This surprised me a bit, but I went. After talking with the executive, I felt like the job wasn't the right fit anymore; it seemed more like a lifestyle change than a regular job. It's been about 4 days since then, and I haven't heard back, even though they said they'd be in touch quickly. I decided to turn down the offer and withdraw my application because it just didn't feel right. I sent a polite email about it, and still no reply.

After sending my resume, I had an initial 30-minute phone call that was pretty casual, asking about my life experiences and future career aspirations. The next interview was in-person with a VP, also casual, but focused more on my resume, work history, and future outlook. Although the role wasn't immediately available, I kept in touch with the VP and eventually got an offer about 4 months later when the position opened up.
