It started with an HR round with basic behavioural questions, then a technical round on Microsoft Excel and some domain questions. After that, there was a CEO round with my ETG groups' one of the subsidiary company's CEO, followed by a final HR round with salary negotiations.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted for an interview because an existing employee referred me. The interview round seemed to go well, and I felt I answered all the questions, satisfying the panel. However, I never received any communication to confirm or reject my application. After a week, I tried contacting them myself, but they just delayed their response, and I never heard back. It’s disappointing because an organization of this size should properly update candidates after an interview, even if they weren't selected. An email would have been enough.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involves 2-3 steps. First, there was a preliminary HR interview with standard screening questions. Then, I was supposed to have a virtual interview with the manager for the position. However, the manager didn't show up for the interview, and I left after waiting about 10 minutes. The HR representative apologized and suggested this unprofessionalism is unusual, but I'm skeptical, as they didn't seem surprised by the manager's absence. I was told I'd hear back the same day, but I never did. It really shows the unprofessional standards this organization clearly has and expects from its employees. If you have other choices, I'd probably avoid this place.

Behavioral Technical Case

You start by applying with your resume and cover letter, then HR or an ATS will screen it. A recruiter might call to check if you fit basic requirements, your salary expectations, and when you can start. Next, there's a phone or video interview with a recruiter or hiring manager to confirm your experience and see if you're a good cultural fit, usually about 20-30 mins. After that, there might be technical interviews like case studies or problem-solving, or behavioral questions about handling conflicts, teamwork, etc. Sometimes multiple people will interview you in a panel. They might also give you tests like writing samples, coding challenges (if applicable), or even a take-home assignment. Finally, you might have an interview with senior leaders, presenting a case study, or meeting the team. Then comes the reference and background check to verify your past work and education. If all goes well, you'll get a job offer, and you can negotiate the details. Once you accept, there's onboarding with paperwork and orientation.
