I applied online in late January. About 4 weeks later, I got an offer for an in-person interview. A week after that, they offered me a "journée découverte" (discovery day), scheduled for 3 weeks later. Then, a week after the discovery day, I got a job offer, after they did a reference check. It was 8 weeks total from applying to getting the offer. The interview and discovery day were good experiences. I really felt like I could see myself there after the first interview, and the discovery day just confirmed it and helped me make my decision.

So I applied online and then had a phone screen with a recruiter. After that, I went in person for an interview with the hiring manager and a software engineer. Overall it was a good experience, the people were nice and professional, and the questions were relevant. I'd recommend it.

It was a good experience overall. The HR contact was very competent. There were 3 interviews in total, first with the recruiter, then with the HR Director and an operational manager, followed by a full day on-site to get to know the team. This company doesn't seem to lowball offers; it certainly didn't happen to me.

After applying online, all interested applicants were contacted and required to do an "art test" to see if you responded back within the deadline set and judge your skill level. The interns were then required to anonymously critique all the entries which then lead to who was accepted. You were also asked to describe yourself, work ethic, and feedback on the process itself. All was done over email due it being a remote internship. It seemed to be a pretty unconventional process but overall felt like it was effective, and actually less stressful than a standard interview.
