Automation & Integration Specialist
So, first I chatted with the Hiring Manager and the CTO. Then, I had a technical interview with the Team Lead, which was pretty hands-on. After that, the final interview was with the Hiring Manager and the COO.
- The technical interview was very hands-on and gauged immediate skills for the role.
Program Analyst
It was a phone interview. First, I introduced myself and talked about my skills and experiences. Then we discussed basic core Java fundamentals, OOPs concepts, the collections framework, and some design patterns.
- Can you explain the difference between a linked list and an arraylist?

Solutions Architect
It was a multi-level interview process involving technical, functional, and managerial discussions, as well as HR. The questions were insightful and the discussion was consultative and conversational. They asked about my viewpoint and perspective, considering exposure variations on topics. Questions were relevant to the job function, and they also discussed managerial experience and technofunctional aspects.
- Can you share an instance where something failed?
- Tell me about a failure you encountered.
Database Administrator
It was a really good interview experience, one of the best I've had. The interviewer helped me out by pointing out where I went wrong and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I was even happy with the salary they proposed.
