It was pretty straightforward. We started with an AI chat interview to check my skills and background. Then, there were a couple of role-specific technical questionnaires, mostly multiple-choice. The next step was a "real world" assessment, which was a take-home technical assignment (it was quite interesting). Finally, there was a 30-minute technical interview with the manager, where they mostly asked thought-provoking questions about the project I was assigned. After passing that, I had to take a proctored CCAT (cognitive assessment) which has pretty high qualification requirements (you can try it twice if you don't pass the first time). After that, I just needed to submit a joining date and I was good to go.

The interview process was pretty useless, involving a CCAT test and a bunch of questions. The selection process runs for 2 hours. Sometimes they organize online tournaments, especially when they haven't found a suitable candidate. They've stopped hiring recently due to cost-cutting measures.

It was pretty easy and straightforward. They had us do role play and asked standard questions about what I did in my past jobs that relates to this one. Then there were online tasks like recording videos and doing tests to get rid of the people who weren't as good.
