First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Estuate.
Senior Software Developer
I got a call from the company, a recruiter named Abhilash. We talked about salary expectations, and I mentioned a 30% hike, which he seemed to agree with. He then set up an interview with a technical person. That interview went really well, and I felt good about it. The recruitment team even told me I was exactly who they were looking for. But then, about a week later, they came back and said they could only offer a 12% hike and wanted me to move to a more expensive city. I'm annoyed because it feels like a waste of everyone's time. I had to rearrange other meetings and take a day off for this. Why ask about expected salary upfront if you can't meet it?

Applied through naukri. Call scheduling took about a week. Interviewed at estuate (bengaluru). First round was a written test with three sections: Aptitude (Reasoning, age calculation, time & Distance finding), Technical (Java/C - oops concepts like inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction), and SQL (sub queries, joining). After the test results, there was a technical discussion, and finally a manager round.
