Had a smooth practical test, was very well attended by Patrick. After passing the test, I was informed that the company would contact me with more information about the position. I waited for a yes or no. After waiting about 4 days, I tried contacting them via WhatsApp for two consecutive days, but got no response at all.

O processo de entrevista com o RH foi excelente. No entanto, o supervisor rejeitou meu currículo. Não entendi o motivo, já que meu último emprego foi por 14 anos, dirigindo à noite, com CNH E, sem pontos na carteira, sem acidentes e com nome limpo, além de vários cursos do Sest Senat. Recebi uma mensagem informando que meu currículo ainda está em consideração para uma futura oportunidade. Eu adoraria fazer parte da Estre Ambiental em Ribeirão Preto como motorista, no horário das 18:00 até o fim do expediente.

I sent my resume for an ADMINISTRATIVE position, and they called me for an interview. When I got there, the things they were asking for made it seem like the role was more of an environmental technician than an administrative one. They asked if I had my own car to collect samples for analysis and various other activities for the environmental area. They clearly saw that my profile didn't fit the role from the start, but they called me anyway to waste my time and money traveling there. I think it's a huge disrespect.
