It was a 30-minute call on Microsoft Teams with the VP of Engineering and the engineer who would be supervising the interns. They were very nice and asked standard, easy questions, not super technical.

had a panel interview that wasn't very professional and felt unorganized. The questions they asked weren't relevant to the job. They asked about my salary requirements, which felt like a waste of time since it's a low-paying sweatshop environment and they don't require more than a year of experience. It seems like a dead-end job.

The interview was at the start of COVID and had two parts. First, there was a tour and a quick, informal chat with the manufacturing engineers. Second, I met with the manager for a casual conversation about the job duties, company goals, and processes, and I asked them questions. It was a pretty chill and fun interview experience.

It started with a phone interview and then I went in person for another one. They asked me some questions about my future aspirations and what I was hoping to find in a company. It was quite fast but I think it went well.
