Did phone interviews then an onsite with the manager. It was mostly conversational and then they asked some different questions. They want to make sure you can think on your feet. Be open and honest. They don't expect you to know much about the products but be able to speak well with the customers.

Behavioral Other

The interview seemed to confirm I met the job requirements, but they didn't give much detail about the job itself, the machines, the work environment, or who I'd be working with. It's strange because it seems like they can't find anyone for this role, as I had two interviews. For a big global company, they seemed really cheap and didn't want to offer a salary that matched my experience and education, especially when you look at what people make locally for this kind of job.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Applied online and got a first call from HR for screening questions about my experience and motivation. Then had a second call with the hiring manager where we discussed a case study, how to handle difficult employees, reacting to angry customers, team motivation, and previous challenges. The third call was with the IT Director where I had to present my 30-60-90 day plan.
