Got an email to come in for an interview. It was pretty standard. The two people I met were really nice. The interview felt relaxed and comfortable.

Scheduled an interview over the phone. Had an in person interview, but was told I was applying for the wrong position. They asked me a few questions, didn't ask to see my portfolio, and another employee gave me a short InDesign test. Didn't get a job offer until a month later. It took two weeks to get a formal offer letter. Communication was bad during that time.

Lots of the first chats come from knowing someone at the company already. There were two interviews, spaced out by a couple weeks, before I got the offer. It felt pretty laid back and was mainly about my skills for the role.
