First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Essen Health Care.
Care Coordinator
It was pretty simple. I talked to the VP and the team lead I would be reporting to. They asked about my previous experience and the tools I used in my past roles. I received a job offer in less than a week.
- How would you handle conflicts or problems that arise within a team?
Community Manager
The interview was a video call with lots of other people applying for the job, and it had two parts. First, everyone introduced themselves. Then, people were called one by one to join a separate call with the hiring manager.
- What are the education requirements and qualifications for this role?
Clinical Care Coordinator
The interview was conducted online and lasted about 30 minutes. There was one interviewer who asked me a few general questions. We went over my resume, and then they asked about my long-term commitment to the role. I mentioned I was looking to stay for about two years, which seemed to be a satisfactory answer.
- What are your motivations for seeking employment with our organization?
- What is your intended duration of employment with us?
Credentialing Coordinator
I got a call back to interview at this place in the Bronx. When I got there, the office was super small and cramped, like a tiny apartment. The administrator, who seemed uninterested and had a bad attitude, kept the interview very formal even though I tried to make it more casual. I felt she was distant, so I kept my answers brief and just wanted to leave. It was a terrible experience.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
