I applied online and got a confirmation the next day that they received my application and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very pleasant. HR was very nice and we talked about 'how did you hear about us' and 'why this position or apply with this company'. At the end of the phone interview, they said they'd like to bring me in for a face to face interview within two weeks. Before that, though, I had to take a general math and reasoning test. The face to face interview was very informal. The hiring manager was very nice and made sure I understood the job role. I was offered the job right after. The only reason I didn't take it was because there were too many red flags. They said, 'Our sales people make this much per year,' but I found out that only about 60% of new hires actually make that amount once you look closer. They wouldn't let me see the rest of the building because of HIPPA issues, which is something healthcare industries deal with all the time, and I would have gladly signed a waiver or they could have just walked me down the halls and pointed at closed doors and I would have been fine with that. The final straw was that they emphasized training, but the HR person knew nothing about the insurance benefits package for new hires. I figured if she isn't trained on the basics of new hire insurance and this is her job, what would happen to me? Too many issues for me.

It was pretty straightforward. First, there was an initial screening, followed by a phone interview with a manager. Then, I had a final in-person interview. They offered me the job right after the final interview. They were more interested in my experience than my education and wanted to understand my thought process. They also wanted to make sure I don't give up easily because they mentioned that there's a lot of rejection every day in this role.

A recruiter from Indeed called me first to qualify me. He was super nice and got down to the point. Then an internal person reached out. Once that phone call was done, she was very difficult to get in touch with. Everything from there after had to go through her and I could never get a response on the next step in a timely manner. It took several emails and the phone number supplied did not go to her line. I had to search her down to finally find her direct line.

It was a 30 minute interview on Zoom with 7 panels and two interviewers for each forum. The interviewers were friendly and helpful. The process was good and smooth, and the interviewer was cool. They asked basic questions on sql, dsa, algorithm, dbms, and operating system.
