Technical Behavioral Case

So, they started out asking about my past work, like if I'd done residential, commercial, or industrial electrical stuff. Then, they really went deep on safety, hitting me with questions about the NEC and how I'd deal with tricky, risky scenarios, such as finding a live wire or hooking up a three-way switch. It felt more like they wanted to be sure I'd always do things the right and safe way, rather than just checking my skills. They also threw in a couple of 'what would you do if...' problems to check my on-the-spot problem-solving. Basically, it was a good chat focusing on my practical skills, my knowledge of the code, and my approach to working safely with others.
