Claims Adjuster
The interview was pretty straightforward, but you definitely need to be ready for some specific situational questions. It went on for over an hour. Make sure to ask about ESIS and the role itself. Dress professionally.
- Tell me about a challenging experience you've faced in your career and how you managed it.
- Describe a time you encountered a difficult situation during your career and how you dealt with it.
- What was a tough period in your career, and what steps did you take to handle it?
Claims Representative
There were about 2-3 interviewers. They asked some basic questions about my background, strengths, and weaknesses. Then we went over my previous work experience. They asked what my current supervisor would say about me, what I know about their company, and why I want this job.
- Describe a time you handled a challenging claim that was resolved successfully.
Staff Scientist
It was a very short interview process. I had one phone interview with a manager (who has since been replaced, thankfully). I also spoke with HR the same day. They extended a job offer the very next day. There wasn't much wiggle room for negotiation. The process also included a background check, physical, and drug screen. I was able to start the job within two weeks of accepting the offer. The training period took quite a while.
- Tell me about your willingness to perform the duties of the job.
- Do you have any questions regarding the job itself?
Claims Representative
I had 3 interviews. First was a quick intro call, then a group interview with multiple managers, and finally an offer. I talked to my direct manager, the office manager, and a few other managers. The group was diverse and I felt a bit intimidated.
- Tell me about a time you faced and overcame a difficult situation.
